Korean flag (Korean Festivals & Traditions Coloring Page)
Korean flag
The Korean flag, called Taegeukgi, features a white background symbolizing peace and purity. At its center, the red and blue taegeuk circle represents the balance between opposing forces, inspired by yin and yang philosophy. Surrounding this central symbol are four black trigrams at the corners, evoking the harmony between sky, earth, water and fire. The whole embodies the fundamental Korean values of balance, unity and respect for the natural order.
