Phoenix and sun
The phoenix shares the same symbolism of renewal as the sun: like the sun, which seems to burn in fire at every sunset to then raise again on the following day, thus the phoenix is said to consume in her own fire to be then reborn from her ashes. It is a popular symbol for tattoos, as it represents a period of struggle that leads to a new beginning, a rebirth that blooms past adversities, bringing a new start and a new life.
